The patient could not sit for more than ten minutes. After sixteen weeks of structured Iyengar therapy — using bolsters, wall ropes, and precise vertebral decompression sequences — he cancelled the surgery. That case changed everything. Trained in the BKS Iyengar tradition at RIMYI Pune, Ajit Singh has spent 15+ years building a clinical practice where conditions that conventional medicine could not resolve are met with precision, patience, and the right props. Over 1,200 patients later, the belief that founded this centre remains unchanged: the body does not need to be fixed — it needs to be understood.
